A6ile Consulting helped move the digital development of a large enterprise from classic waterfall to agile by standing up scrum teams and putting in place cross-functional, collaborative ways of working.
We conducted customized bootcamps to bring team members all to a level of knowledge and competency regarding agile practices, mindset and scrum cadence, ceremonies and artifacts. We also designed and conducted training sessions devoted to tools — in this case Jira and Confluence from Atlassian — as well as the roles that were unfamiliar to teams.
We worked with leaders in business and IT to define products and assign value to proposed features. Subsequently, we conducted story mapping sessions for each team, ultimately generating prioritized Product Backlogs populated with User Stories.
A6ile Consulting reduced its presence incrementally as teams became proficient with their new, agile way of working, while retaining a coaching role for both teams and executives.
